Ltd.".

With immediate effect, the company's business entity and legal relationship will remain unchanged, and all of the original assets, business, personnel, debts and liabilities will be taken over by Anhui sinomags Technology Company Limited; and the original contracts and agreements will continue to be executed by Anhui sinomags  Technology Company Limited.
